Jimmy Radcliffe was a multi-talented soul man from New York who performed, wrote, produced or arranged all tracks in this compilation, discovered in the vaults of his Baby Cakes production company by Jimmy's son Chris. "Soulville" became a feature track on Jackie Wilson's 'Higher & Higher' album, while Barbara Jean English, Pat Lundy and Irene Reid went on to make further impact on the soul world. All tracks are on CD for the first time as of 2009. Lots of rare northern dancers, many not on you tube which is a shame especially the tracks by Jimmy!...Killer Album!
