I,ve been sat on this CD for years now till someone requested it.Most of the tracks in all honesty have been released on various compilations over the years.But Berry Gordy in his infinate wisdom(sic) decided to put these gems on the shelf and forget about them.Thanks to the obsessive hunting down by british soul collectors/jocks and lunatics like myself...lol! these would never have seen the light of day.this is a boot but i was glad back in the day that they were made available.still some rare cuts on here not been released by Motown/Universal..all huge on the sacred NSS! I had to laugh at Discogs as they clearly dont know an official release from a boot..If you enter the name of this album on there the label comes up as "Hitsville USA studios Detroit ?..and only 23 tracks...so here we have an expanded boot version of that boot Cd with 4 extra cuts!?...crazy or what ? lol!

As per the review, it's not about you can find most if not all these tracks if you dig around, it's the selction of tracks and their order that make this a really enjoyable Motown comp.
