Mrs. Pmac was on tour with Chick in the early 2000s. As much as I like his music, the heavy use if the synthesizer then, leaves me a little "cold," but this album is def an exception. Thanks, AMM!

Chick is definitely one of the best. Not only is his solo work phenomenal, the tunes from the band "Return To Forever", (with one of my favorite bassists Stanley Clarke) were some of the best in that era. I see some of the past members of RTF (Airto, Joe Farrell) are on this one as well as one of the greatest vocalist ever in Al Jarreau. His voice was equivalent to several different instruments. Excellent review!!!
