Gary Bartz born in 1940 is an award-winning alto saxophonist, multi-instrumentalist, composer, bandleader, instructor, and sideman. He recorded this gem of an album that went huge with soul & jaaz/funk fans in the dance clubs back in the day featuring the incredible Tawatha Agee. With over 40 albums to his credit gary has worked with literally everybody in the jazz world and a fair amount of legendary soul artists, a legend with the jazz/funk fraternity whose albums are woth checking out appealing to both sets of fans.
