after much scratching my head and looking at settings i found & fixed this error.
if anyone else is having it go to your browser settings,go to cookies settings,go to "allow third party" and disable it..works a treat...or go to "cross platform settings" on certain browsers say mac to windows for eg and disable/enable..have a play around till its fixed...
