We all know most of these household soul names for their commercial and dance records, but the flip side reveals the real passion these artists had for their music. Deep and sweet soul to melt your hearts & even a few northern dancers thrown in for good measure. A superb blast of soul music as it should be heard from the river city, now sadly long gone and replaced by mainly rubbish (to my ears) in the evoloution of the genre...Where did it go wrong ?
