Ruby hails from Taiwan and part of the new breed of fusion musicians coming out of the far east and not all japanese. She is a very gifted Sax player who fell in love with jazz fusion at an early age. She has a masters in music and loves soul/funk/jazz when not working. This album has a magic retro feel reminding me of the golden age of pure jazz funk.Sorry no info on the side musicians.
