Mable John - My Name Is Mable + mini booklet (2004) Spectrum Rare Soul (Flac 237 MB)

 Mable John was the first female solo artist to join Motown and despite not having any success she recorded a series of good tracks. This is Mable's complete collection of Motown tracks recorded  between 1960 & 1963 with most remaining unreleased until this CD was issued in 2004. Essential for any Motown collection

More laid back this compared to the STAX set bit softer but still plenty of style with that early Motown sound i wonder what it would have sounded like 4/5 years later Thanks for the review Oldsoulrebel and another job well done
