Of the 28 tracks on this CD 4 are bonus cuts. This CD includes everything they recorded between 1957 and 1962, long before their fame was achieved at Motown and Buddah. All their earliest hits are here "Letter Full Of Tears" original LP. Also featured are a couple of singles which The Pips recorded without Gladys, as well as a pair of her solo 45s. What a voice, dont write this off because of the time of recording ..big mistake! Many of these tracks STILL get played on the NSS 60 years on, now thats some feat!..Listen to all the tasters and be prepared to still be blown away by these LEGENDS!
