The Marvelettes, Motown's first female hit makers. The Supremes sold (or did they give them away?) 2 records, these ladies sold millions. Many tracks by these girls were huge on the Northern Soul scene and at other discos throughout the world. This 3 cd set is part one of the complete recordings by this super group featuring both Mono and Stereo versions, singles, album and unreleased tracks and is a must for Motown collectors. If we receive enough comments I'll post volume 2 tomorrow

These ladies deserve all the love they can get because they sure didn't get any from Berry Bloody Gordy! 👿

This is my favorite Female Motown group started really good until someone at Motown thought that another group was the best option. Personally i thought this group were great i remember the week that they released When You're Young And In Love and played at the Coo-op hall in Warrington i was 14 at the time the reaction to it being play was deafening never heard that for most songs. And thats when they became my Favorites. Thanks for this Old soul Rebel and AMM who at the moment is gardening so i suppose he is a Soil brother from a garden prospective. Thanks to you both for this
Cheers Pedro
Oldsoulrebel thanks looks a great collection of their songs. looking forward to vol 2 tomorrow
