Ray Pollard & The Wanderers Vol 2 (2001) CAT KING COLE - Rare Soul (MP3)

Repost from the old blog. Ray Pollard was born in New York in 1930 & passed in 2005. He started a solo career in 1965 with Shrine records. He then went on to record three excellent singles for United Artists including the classic "The Drifter".Then recorded two singles for Decca and finally one for Omnipotent in 1973. A veteran of the Korean War, he had served as a Corporal in the United States Army. The history has already been done in the previous post. This is a great Compilation collection all their dancers and popular soul material. Such wonderful songs delivered with the powerful Voice of ray pollard...Superb!

Make sure you hear No more like me, Guys. Highly collectible USA tune. We like the slow ones.
